When a machine has been purchased the sales representative will return to the site to install the machine with certificated training of the staff that will be using the machine. They are shown how to get the most out of the equipment and how to maintain it.

To maximise the lifespan of our machines we offer preventative maintenance agreements. These involve service calls conducted by our team of dedicated Duplex engineers.
