| DRAIN & CLEAN: |

Boiler (drain)
Refill with de-scale (leave for 30 minutes)
Drain boiler,
Flush twice (with clean cold water)
Replace pressure cap O' ring,
Replace the drain plug on to unit using
PTFE tape. |

Visual inspection of machine and Outer cable insulation.
Insulation @ 1000v continuity
Test - Live, Neutral, Earth
Earth Bondage
Earth Leakage
Fuse Current
Run Test |

Above tests comply with relevant British Standards and the Electricity at Work Regulation. |
The above tests includes Boiler Inspection to fulfil the obligations of the Pressure Systems Regulations, in accordance with the Written Scheme of inspection provided with every machine when purchased.
The machine must not have been neglected, misused, modified or used for any other purpose other than that for which it was designed.
The machine must have been serviced by a Duplex authorised engineer as recommended, including the first twelve months.
The warranty is invalidated if repairs are made by anyone other than a Duplex authorised engineer.
The warranty would cease to be valid if ownership of the machine changed without notification. |
